No. Payments are completely optional and available on every plan, including Free. Run everything free if you like, or switch on charging for the sessions and events where it makes sense. It's entirely your call.
Straight into your own connected Stripe account. You set your prices and keep your rates — OpenLagoon doesn't take a cut of your bookings on any plan. Standard Stripe processing fees apply, the same as with any Stripe account, and OpenLagoon never holds your payouts.
Pro ($19/mo) gives you longer meetings, up to 100 people, recording, and your own logo and colors on your booking page. Business ($29/mo) adds full white-label — your own custom domain with no OpenLagoon branding anywhere — plus meetings up to 200 people and priority support. Both let you take payments with no cut, and both let you add teammates.
Yes, on any paid plan. As the account admin you invite teammates by email, and they share your account — the same booking pages, session types, branding and (on Business) your custom domain. Teammates get their own sign-in but can't touch billing, domains or the team list. Extra seats are $17/mo each on Pro and $27/mo each on Business, added or removed whenever you like with billing prorated automatically.
